Sound (Dis)obedience is engaged in staging, development, reflection and dissemination of research practices in music and sound. An assembly of diverse events, meetings, presentations of publishing activities, the implementation of international networks and discussions behind the bar multifacetedly address this diverse creative field. Sound (Dis)obedience brings together guest musicians, interested local artists, audiences and the professional public. As such, it is not only a festival of certain music, but also and above all an realization of openness, cooperation and flexibility.
Sound (Dis)obedience is a space for exchange, where by way of concerts, workshops, lectures, and other forms, different border-line musical practices can interact with each other.

Čemú se ukvarjaš z glasbo?
Čému se v glasbi posvečaš?

Glasba mi ne da miru in če se z njo ukvarjam, sem miren. Prakticiram različne glasbene stile, ker se ne morem izraziti samo z enim. V življenju se najbolj zanesem na lastno intuicijo, ki mi je glavno vodilo in opora pri sprejemanju odločitev. No, vsaj mislim, da je tako. Po več kot dvajsetih letih neprestanega muziciranja in zavesti, da je iskrenost do sebe (v življenju in glasbi) najpomembnejši gradnik, se sprašujem, če sem to resnično jaz.
Muziciram, ker je to najbolj pozitivna stvar, ki jo lahko počneš na svetu!
V glasbi pa se najraje posvečam vibracijam, ki lahko komunicirajo in imajo moč, da nas osvobajajo vsega, kar nas omejuje.
Ustvarjanje glasbe je nenehno samoučenje in učenje od drugih, sprejemanje in rokovanje s presenečenji in napakakami, ki postanejo družbeni in življenjski generatorji svežih idej in pristopov.
Raziskujem nekonvencionalne tehnike igranja, da bi iz inštrumenta izvlekel svoj lasten zvok in oseben improvizacijski jezik.

Confine aperto ni le koncert, je pogovor, okrogla miza, predavanje, srečanje, izmenjava, soočanje vseh prisotnih.
Confine aperto buta v steno med glasbeniki in občinstvom ter brusi jezik.
